In order to survive market competition and get maximum productivity from its employees, the company decided to pay Rs 33,001 as productivity-linked special payment.
The union promised to give its full support and attain quality production to ensure maximum cuts in production costs.
An ad hoc Rs 16,501 will be given to those workers who are in the scheme of superannuation.
On behalf of the management, senior vice-president (manufacturing operations), SB Borwankar; chief of Pune project, JR Sastabhavan; and trade union president Vishnu Newale and executive president Subhash Hulawale singed the agreement.
