The British based automaker Land Rover has recently launched its newest model, the Range Rover Evoque, in Malaysia, where the vehicle arrives in three variant forms, in both coupe and five-door versions.
According to Land Rover, the Ranger Rover Evoque has been launched into the Malaysian auto market in in three variant forms: the 2.0 liter petrol three-door version and the five-door version which packs the same 2.0 liter petrol along with the 2.2 liter diesel unit.
Land Rover says that the 2.0 liter petrol engine in both the coupe and the five-door version, with the Dynamic Plus Package, is developing 240 PS and 340 Nm of torque, while the larger 2.2 liter diesel is generation 190 PS and 420 Nm of torque.
Both powerplants are mated to the latest generation of the AW F-21 six-speed automatic transmission with Rotary Auto Shifter and the 2.0 petrol powered units can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.6 seconds while the diesel takes almost a second more. The top speed is 217 km/h for the petrol and 195 km/h for the diesel.
The British automaker says that the 2.0L Petrol Coupe Dynamic Plus has been priced at RM 393.888, while the 2.0L Petrol 5-Door Prestige costs RM 363.888 and the 2.2L Diesel 5-Door Prestige can be bought for RM 353.888.
